By engaging Pixel Rebels for web design or development services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Pixel Rebels provides website design, development, and related digital services as agreed upon in individual project proposals. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project are outlined in a separate proposal or agreement.
A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to the final handover of files or launch. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds as outlined in your proposal (Starter: 3 rounds, Growth: 3 rounds, Professional: 5 rounds). Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be billed at an hourly rate.
We aim to deliver projects within 10–14 business days from the start date, subject to timely client feedback and content provision. Delays caused by the client may extend the delivery timeline.

Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns the final website design and all custom assets created for the project. Pixel Rebels retains the right to display the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The initial deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is cancelled before completion, the client is liable for work completed to date.
Pixel Rebels is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pixel Rebels operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
